During the investigati an, we measui ed clevations at the lot sides and corners, top of foundatiui[, and the drainage swnle which begins in tite vicinty if the center portion of the back yard and fluws down either side of the subject lot, our [cprescntative noted that the residence to the north of the subject lot (Lot 36, Block 2) was cu[nplctc with landscaping and a fence in place at the time of our investigation. The residence to the So) uth of the subject lot (Lot 34, Block 2) was under cuustruction at the time of our investigation. Based on our observations and the information available to this office, the slopes and elevations as measured are in substantial conformance with dic FHA grading plan completed by Northern Engincerin- Services, Job No. 9435,00, dated Fcbivary 20, 1995. Furthermore, it is our opinion that the subject lot, as graded, should not interfere with offsite flows, nor cause runoff to tlow into another residencc unless the grades are changed or barriers are created such as. fences, garden terracing, sidewalks and/or any landscaping which may change the established flow patterns by diver1i[19 ur slowing runoff flow, Backfill adjacent to the residence may settle over time and allow ponding to occur around the foundation walls.
