We have surveyed the "As Built" lot grading and building elevations. The lot is graded in
compliance with the approved grading plan and the floor and lowest opening elevations have been
set high enough to have good drainage away from the residence.
A copy of the lot plan is included and the surveyed "As Built" grades are shown in red on this
plan along with the drainage patterns.
Also attached is a copy of that part of the approved grading plan which shows the Lot 27
grading.
