we have determined the relative elevations for the above referenced
address. During our investigation, we measured the top of
foundation, lowest opening, lot sides and corners, the swale on the
west side of the lot.
in our opinion, the elevations as measured are in substantial
conformance with the grading plan completed by Northern Engineering A
Service, Job No. 9435.00, dated September, 1995.
