Gentlemen:
We have determined the relative elevations for the above referenced
address. During our investigation, we measured the top of
foundation, lowest opening, lot sides and corners, the swales on
either side of the lot, and the overflow swale located on the south
property line.
In our opinion, the elevations as measured are in substantial
conformance with the grading plan completed by Northern Engineering
Service, Job No. 9435.00, dated September, 1995.
