Dear Mr. Bronsert:
We have determined the relative elevations for the above referenced
address. During our investigation, we measured the top of
foundation, lowest opening, lot sides and corners, and the swale
which runs from the back yard down either side of the lot.
In our opinion, the elevations as measured are in substantial
conformance with the grading plan completed by Northern Engineering
Service, Job No. 9435.00, dated September, 1995. We also inspected
the drainage culvert and swales at the north and east sides of the
property. They do not appear to have been disturbed by
construction activities on this lot.
