Dear Mr. Bronsert:
We have determined the relative elevations for the above referenced
address. During our investigation, we measured the top of
foundation, lowest opening, lot sides and corners, and the swales
on either side of the property. Additionally, we measured the
concrete pan at the north side of the property.
In our opinion, the elevations as measured are in substantial
conformance with the grading plan completed by Northern Engineering
Service, Job No. 9435.00, dated September, 1995.
