June 30, 1997 Commission No. 1092-60-18-03 Mr. Ken Bronsert Bronsert Construction 4131 Saddle Notch Drive Fort Collins, Colorado 80526 A RE: Lot 16, Block 2, Fairbrooke Tract "A'i (1621 Holly Way), Larimer County, Colorado Dear Mr. Bronsert: We have determined the relative elevations for the above referenced address. During our investigation, we measured the top of foundation, lowest opening, lot sides and corners, and the swale which starts at the center of the back yard and flows down the north property line. We also inspected the concrete swale on the south property line. It is our opinion that construction activities on the property have not affected the swale. In our opinion, the elevations as measured are in substantial conformance with the grading plan completed by Northern Engineering Service, Job No. 9435.00, dated September, 1995. However, the top of foundation elevation is ±0.5 feet lower than the elevation required on the master grading plan. The foundation elevation splits the difference between the required elevations on the north and south lots. If you have any questions, please feel free to call. Respectful Cliffoi-d`P. -Tad, M.S.
