Dear Mr. Bronsert:
We have determined the relative elevations for the above referenced address. During our
investigation, we measured the top of foundation, lowest opening, lot sides and corners, and the
swale which starts in the vicinity of the northwest portion of the back yard and flows down either
side of the lot.
In our opinion, the elevations as measured are in substantial conformance with the grading plan
completed by Northern Engineering Service, Job No. 9435.00, dated September, 1995.
