Dear Mr. Bronsert:
We have determined the relative elevations for the above referenced
address. During our investigation, we measured the top of
foundation, lowest opening, lot sides and corners.
In our opinion, the elevations as measured are in substantial
conformance with the grading plan completed by Northern Engineering
Service, Job No. 9435.00, dated September, 1995. We also inspected
the drainage swale which is south of the south property line. It
does not appear to have been disturbed by construction activities
on this lot.
