We have determined the relative elevations for the above referenced address. During our
investigation, we measured the4op of foundation, lowest opening, lot sides and corners, and the
swale on the south'side of the lot.
In our opinion, the elevations as measured are in substantial conformance with the grading plan
completed by Northern Engineering Service, -Job No. 9435.00, dated September, 1995.
