Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations at the above referenced address. During the investigation,
we measured elevations at the lot sides and comers, top of foundation, and the drainage swales on
the either side of the subject lot.
Our representative noted that the residence to the north of the subject lot (I.ot 7, Block 2) was
complete with no landscaping in place at the time of our investigation. 711e residence to the south
of the subject lot was under construction at the time of our investigation. Due to the muddy
conditions on the subject lot, final grading was not completed, however, we were assured by a
representative of Bronsert Construction that the grading will be completed as soon as conditions
Permit. Based on our observations and the information available to this office, the slopes and
elevations as measured are in substantial conformance with the FHA grading plan completed by
Northern Engineering Services, Job No. 9435.00, dated February 20, 1995.
Furthermore, it is our opinion that the subject lot, as graded, will not interfere with offsite flows, nor
cause runoff to flow into another residence unless the grades are changed or barriers are created such
as; fences, garden terracing, sidewalks and/or any landscaping which may change the established
flow patterns by diverting or slowing runoff flow.
