During the investigation. we measured elevations at the lot sides and corners, top of foundation, and the drainage swales on either side of the stthject lot. The elevations, ae measured, were typically higher than indicated on the master grading plan. Our represent.nive noted that the residence to the north of the subject lot (Lots 6, Block 2) was complete and graded at the tune of our investigation. The residence south of the subject lot had established ti.ncing and landscaping in place at the time of our investigation. Based on our observations and the information available to this office, the slopes and elevations as measured are in substantial conformance with the FIIA K,rading plan completed by Northern Engineering Services, Job No. 94 t.5.00, dated February 20. 1995. Furthermore. it is our opinion that the subject lot, as graded, should not interfere with offsite flows, nor cause runoff to flow into another residence unless the grades are changed or barriers are created such as: fences, garden terracing, sidewalks and/or any landscaping which may vivinge the established flow paueurs by diverting or slowing runoff flow.
