Gentlemen:
We have determined the relative elevations for the above referenced
address. During our investigation, we measured the top of
foundation, lowest opening, lot sides and corners, the swale on the
north side of the lot and the overflow swale on the south and east
sides of the lot.
In our opinion, the elevations as measured are in substantial
conformance with the grading plan completed by Northern.Engineering
Service, Job No. 9435.00, dated September, 1995.
