Dear Mr. Bronsert:
We have determined the relative -elevations for the above referenced
address. During our investigation, we measured the top of
foundation, lowest opening, lot sides and corners, and the swales
on the north and east sides of the property.
In our opinion, the elevations as measured are in substantial
conformance with the grading plan completed by Northern Engineering
Service, Job No. 9435.00, dated September, 1995 with the exception
of the swale on the east side of the property. There is no grade
break as indicated on the grading plan.
