Dear Mr. Bronsert:
One March 5, 1997 we determined the following relative elevations
for the above referenced address. Based on an elevation of 16.2 at
the southeast property corner back of walk, we have determined that
the top of foundation elevation as measured is 18.8.
In our opinion, the elevations as measured are in substantial
conformance with the grading plan completed by Northern Engineering
Service, Job No. 9435.00, dated September, 1995.
