Dear Mr. Hamdan:
This letter and the attached blueline drawings are to serve as
notification that the curb and gutter, paving, and drainage
facilities have been constructed within substantial conformance to
the elevations as shown on the plans as prepared by Northern
Engineering Services. The benchmark used throughout construction
and to perform the asbuilt survey was as shown on the above
mentioned construction plans.
