This is to certify that an "As Built" survey of the residence on`Lof274,-Engliih.Ranch, 7
Fifth Filing, which is 3006 Antelope Road, was made under my supervision on September 7,
1995.
The top of the foundation was elevation 4921.80. The finish floor was elevation 4922.79,
and the lowest opening elevation which was the top of a window well was 4921.52. The garage
floor elevation was 4921.89. The high water elevation of the adjacent detention pond was
4917.61.
