Please find enclosed the "As Built" survey of the storm drainage facilities in Englisli Ranch
Fourtli Filing. The red lined Sheets 3 and 4 of 15 Sheets of the Utility Plans show the "As Built"
elevations of the storm drains. All of the inlets and storm drains are complete at this time. They
were built in substantial compliance with the approved plans. Ponds 1 and 2 were certified
previously and accepted by Mr. Basil Hamdan.
If you have any questions regarding the "As Built" plan, please call. I trust this
certification will remove any hold on building permits in the Fourth Filing.
