I am writing to request that you release the certification of occupancy due to the requirement
of a swale certification on the following lots iwEnglisli Ranch 4th Filing

Lot 271 3706 Ashmount.Dr.
These lots are presently being built upon by G. Bever Construction. The lots are all simple
back to front drainage, and the temporary swale indicated on the approved plan no longer exists
because of construction of English Ranch 5th Filing. The lots in the 5th Filing are graded to drain
to the east, so there is no offsite flow onto the above mentioned lots.
I have attached a print of the approved grading and drainage plans for the 4th and 5th Filings,
along with a copy of your letters requiring certification.
