The improvements to the lot are located within the building envelope. To insure positive drainage at patio on the basement level, the concrete patio should incorporate soil retaining walls along both sides. Temporary fill has been added to this area to meet immediate drainage requirements. Landscape timbers were added to the window wells to provide 6" minimum height above finish grades.
