To Whom It May Concern:
Attached are results of field survey performed by RJL Surveys of Fort Collins, Colorado
on July 25, 2001.
The improvements to the lot are located within the building envelope.
To insure positive drainage at patio on the basement level, the concrete patio should
incorporate soil retaining walls along both sides. Temporary fill has been added to this
area to meet immediate drainage requirements.
Landscape timbers were added to the window wells to provide 6" minimum height above
finish grades.
Positive drainage has been incorporated to direct storm waters to the established drainage _
easements.
