Reference: City of Fort Collins De -Icing Facility Drainage Certification
Site construction on the site of the City of Fort Collins Streets Department De -Icing Facility,
legally described as: LOT 4B, A REPLAT OF LOTS 3, 4, AND 5 EAST VINE STREETS
FACILITY, has been completed. This letter is to provide certification that the as -built condition
of the site conforms to.the intended storm drainage design.
A. Drainage facilities certification
1. Pond Certification:
Drainage design for the subject site is addressed in the Final Drainage and Erosion Control
Study for the Amended Final Fort Collins Streets Facility, by Sear -Brown, October, 2001.
Runoff from this site is directed to detention facilities designed and constructed previously as
part of the original Streets Facility project. No detention facilities were designed or constructed
with this project.
2. Swales
No swales were designed or constructed with this project.
3. Pipes
No pipes were designed or constructed with this project.
4. Concrete Pan Channels

The concrete pan along the north side of the south access drive was constructed as designed
within reasonable tolerances.
5. Inlets
The inlet installed over the existing storm drain in the north side of the south access drive was
constructed as designed within reasonable tolerances.
7. Culverts
No culverts were designed or constructed with this project.
8. Underdrains
No underdrains were designed or constructed with this project.
9. Curb cuts
No curb cuts were designed or constructed with this project.
B. Certification of Grade Elevations Adjacent to Drainage Facilities:
All finished surfaces on the site, including finished floor elevations for both buildings, are
consistent with the grading design.
C. Certification of Erosion Control Measures:
1. Permanent Measures:
All disturbed areas have been stabilized with either hardened improvements or landscaping
2. Temporary Measures
Temporary erosion control measures have been removed following construction completion.
D. Site Cleanup After Construction
All areas of the site have been cleaned following construction completion.

E. Statement of Compliance
This certification is signed and stamped and by signing this form the engineer attests that they
have inspected the site and to the best of their knowledge the as -built conditions of the drainage
facilities are as described in the above form and in the redlined plans enclosed.
Failure to properly disclose all known information could result in the rejection of this certification
and prevent the release of any Stormwater Utility holds on Building Permits and/or Certificates
of Occupancy.
