This is to certify that on September 21. 2001, the "AS BUILT" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on Lot
10, were surveyed under my supenosion.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with the approved grading
plan.
