I hereby state that the elevations and drainage pattern shown on the enclosed Final Grade
Survey Plan were developed from a survey performed on the referenced property on October 1,
2001, and accurately and truly.depict the elevations as they existed on this date. To the best of
my knowledge, the surveyed grading is in compliance with the approved grading plan for this lot
and subdivision as shown on the approved utility plans. The relative elevations as depicted may
change subsequent to the date of the survey, due to the subsidence or upheaval of soil, addition
or removal of soils by acts of man, erasion b wind or water or other factors, Therefore, this
survey may not accurately depict the clevati rainage pattern of the referenced property
after the date of the survey.
