GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lot 2, Block 8, Fossil Lake P:U.D. First Filing, 3356 Rookery Road
This is to certify that on April 9, 2001, the "AS BUILT" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on
Lot 2, were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with the approved grading
plan.
