The relative elevations as depicted may change subsequent to the date of the survey, due to the subsidence or upheaval of soil, addition or removal of soils by acts of man, erosion by wind or water or other factors. In addition, it is our understanding that the RWC limited warranty protection on your residence provided by your Builder will not cover structural damage caused as a result of changes made in the finished drainage grades.
