Dear Jay,
This is regarding the grading of Lot 1, Block 12, Fossil Lake P.U.D., First Filing. Classic
Custom Builders are going to build a house on Lot 1. The revised grading plan has the finish
floor elevation as 11.42. The Grading and Erosion Control Plan prepared had the finish floor at
12.70.
The revised grading plan has adequate slope along both side lines to carry the runoff from
the rear yard to Rookery Road. I believe the grading as shown on the enclosed plan will work. It
will decrease the slope of the front yard, which was 14%.
