Please find enclosed "AS BUILT' survey of the grading for Lot 1, Block 10, Fossil Lake
P.U.D. 1st Filing, Fort Collins, Colorado.
The grading is in substantial compliance with the flow directions of the approved grading plan
approved by Storm Water Utility on April 22, 1999. The finished floor of the residence is 4908.4
which is 0.4 feet above the finished floor shown on the grading plan and the walkout floor of the
residence is 4899.5 which is 0.2 feet above said grading plan, both of which are okay.
