Dear Basil,
Please find enclosed the "As Built" drainage facilities for the-Fossil-Creek_NurseryP..U:D?
The "As Built" elevations are shown on the red lined plan of the Drainage Plan which is Sheet 5
of 9 of the utility plans. The spillway was extended to the North along the East side of the pond
since the finish ground was not filled high enough to have the free board along that side. The spill
from the pond is directly into the existing wetland. The wetland has the existing 24 inch diameter
outfall pipe under South College Avenue. The rip rap .is in place and the restriction plate is in
place. The three inlets at the entrance to the site were constructed.
The site was constructed in substantial compliance with the approved Drainage Plan that was
prepared by Northern Engineering Services and dated July 1, 1996, except for the length of
spillway described above.
