from a survey performed on (Date): 0 6 / 10 / 2 014 accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage
patterns as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one)

The site inspection has been completed, and the SW Eng Final hold has now been released. We are accepting the
engineer stamp as evidence that the lot is in conformance with the approved plan; however, in the inspection, I did have
a concern that is documented in the attached photo.
- At the west lot line, there is a jump of approximately 1'. While there is positive drainage, this grade is neither
stable nor maintainable.
—___ This_concern/photo is_documented_with_the grading certification, which is public record. A remedy to this concern is not
required to release the hold at this time; however, if you would like to provide documentation showing any changes, I
will add that to the certification.
