Please find enclosed the "AS -BUILT" grading survey of the grading for Lot 2 Doerr Minor
Subdivision, which is 2500 Myrtle Sweet; Fort Collins, Colorado.

The grading is in substantial compliance of the grading plan approved by City of Fort Collins
Stormwater Department on July 7, 1997. The finished floor of the residence is 1.04 feet above
the finished floor shown on the grading plan. The garage finished floor is 0.99 feet lower than
the Grading Plan. Both of these are acceptable.
