Daniel Mogen From: Daniel Mogen Sent: Wednesday, February 19, 201412:57 PM To: d.monsees.encore@gmail.com Subject: 533 Muskegon Attachments: photo 1.JPG; photo 2.1PG Dave, The site inspection has been completed, and the SW Eng Final hold has now been released. We are accepting the engineer stamp as evidence that the lot is in conformance with the approved plan; however, in the inspection, I did have some concerns that are documented in the attached photos. There is an area that flow could undercut the driveway (indicated by red arrow) and also a low spot around the water faucet at the rear of the house that should be filled and graded away from the house. These concerns/photos are documented with the grading certification, which is public record. A remedy to these concerns is not required to release the hold at this time; however, if you would like to provide documentation showing any changes, I will add that to the certification.
