The site inspections have been completed, and the SW Eng Final holds (escrows where applicable) have now been
released for 1872 Oswego, 520 Bannock, 509 & 515 Muskegon, and 545 Walhalla . We are accepting the engineer
stamp as evidence that the lots are in conformance with the approved plan; however, in the inspections, I did have some
concerns that are documented in the attached photos.
- On 1872 Oswego, grading was not completed around the rear patio.
- --Between 509.& 515_Muskegon, the swale appears to have been partially filled toward the front of the lots,
leaving a low spot in the area indicated by the red arrows in the photo.
These concerns/photos are documented with the grading certification, which is public record. A remedy to these
concerns is not required to release the hold at this time; however, if you would like to provide documentation showing
any changes, I will add that to the certification.
