qualified professional under my direct supervision, and verify that construction of all stormwater facilities and grading
is complete, and that the elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached drawing(s) which were developed
from a survey performed on (Date): 06/16/2014 , accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage
patterns as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one):

The site inspection has been completed, and the SW Eng Final hold has now been released. We are accepting the
engineer stamp as evidence that the lot is in conformance with the approved plan; however, in the inspection, I did have
a concern with the grading on the south side of the driveway, shown in the attached photo. While the majority of water
will drain from the lot, with the rough grade, it will cause pooling in areas and generally be a nuisance issue.
This concern/photo is documented with the grading certification, which is public record. A remedy to this concern is not
required to release the hold at this time; however, if -you would like to provide documentation showing any changes, I
will add that to the certification.
