We are accepting the engineer stamp as evidence that the lot is in conformance with the approved plan; however, in the inspection, I did have a concern with the grading on the south side of the driveway, shown in the attached photo. While the majority of water will drain from the lot, with the rough grade, it will cause pooling in areas and generally be a nuisance issue. This concern/photo is documented with the grading certification, which is public record. A remedy to this concern is not required to release the hold at this time; however, if -you would like to provide documentation showing any changes, I will add that to the certification.
