Dave,
The site inspection has been completed, and the SW Eng Final hold has now been released (rolling escrow released back
to you). We are accepting the engineer stamp as evidence that the lot is in conformance with the approved plan;
however, in the inspection, I did have some concerns that are documented in the attached photos. There are areas that
flow could undercut the driveway and also a low spot behind the meter that could collect water —these spots are
indicated by arrows in the photos. These concerns/photos are documented with the grading certification, which is
public record. A remedy to these concerns is not required to release the hold at this time; however, if you would like to
provide documentation showing any changes, I will add that to the certification.
Please share this information with the engineer of record.
