Galloway, Romero & Associates has reviewed the AS -BUILT survey for the Walgreens
at Taft Hill & Drake, as prepared by Absolute Surveying, Inc. for Coe Construction, Inc.
on June 4, 2003. Based on our review, we found that the as -built grades are in
accordance with the design grades throughout the site with the exception of a few areas
where the as -built grades are shallower than the design grades. These shallower
grades still provide positive drainage flow and appear to drain the site effectively.
Therefore, we don't have any significant concerns with the data provided on this AS -
