Geisendorfer, a Colorado registered professional engineer, verify that the above referenced property in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, has been inspected by me or an appropriately qualified professional under my direct supervision, and verify that construction of all stormwater facilities and grading is complete, and that the elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached drawing(s) which were developed from a survey performed on November 1, 2013, accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage patterns as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one): X The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site are in substantial conformance with the City approved drainage and grading plan for the property. XThe elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site as measured are in general conformance with the City approved drainage plan with exceptions (information attached). COM B130-3451, B130-3459, B130-3982, B130-3959 Address: 514 Walhalla Ct, 532 Walhalla Ct, 1950 Winamac Dr, 1956 Winamac Dr, Fort Collins, CO Lot/Block/Subdivision: Lot 31, 28, 34, 35, Block 1, Dry Creek Minor Subdivision First Replat Dear Mr. Schlueter: As requested, the drainage and grading of the above lots were redesigned to better match the intent of the original subdivision grading plans. A high point and swale were designed to prevent flows along shared lot lines at the back of each lot, which were subsequently staked by a surveyor. On December 4, 2013, Quality Engineering, LLC visually inspected the aforementioned lots to confirm that the grading as proposed was completed. Based upon our site visit, it appeared that the grading was in substantial conformance with the redesigned grading and drainage plan.
