Mr. Barber,
This letter and attached information is provided to certify that the grading and drainage
improvements on Lot 12, Eagle Cliffs Subdivision have been constructed in substantial
conformance with the plans approved March 2003. All elevation information (shown on
the attached sketch) is based on survey completed by Northern Engineering Services on
March 2, 2004. North Star Design staff made a site visit on March 3, 2004.
The building elevations, private drives, parking areas, and grading immediately adjacent
to the building are in substantial conformance with the approved plans. There were
modifications made to the locations and elevations of the sidewalks, but these
modifications did not change the drainage scheme for the lot.
