This letter and attached information is provided to certify that the grading and drainage
improvements on Lot 11, Eagle Cliffs Subdivision have been constructed in substantial
conformance with the plans approved March 2003. All elevation information (shown on
the attached sketch) is based on survey completed by Northern Engineering Services on
January 3, 2005. North Star Design staff made a site visit on January 5, 2005.
The building elevations, private drives, parking areas, and grading immediately adjacent
to the building are in substantial conformance with the approved plans. There were
modifications made to the locations and elevations of the sidewalks, but these
modifications did not change the drainage scheme for the lot.
This letter also certifies that the overflow driveway between Lot 10 and Lot 11 has been
constructed in substantial conformance with the approved plans (this area was excluded
from the Subdivisions Drainage Certification dated August 26, 2003). At this time, the
parking area south of this drive, and the riprap rundown into the pond have not been built.
These improvements will be built with the final 6-plex building on Lot 10.
The drainage and grading certification for Lot 10 (when built) will include certification of
this parking area, the riprap rundown and, a check of the detention and water quality
pond volumes (originally certified on August 26, 2003).
