On behalf of our client, Drahota Construction Company, we would like to submit to you a lot
grading certification letter for Lot 4, Block 4 of the Eagle Cliffs project. This `B' lot was
constructed with a one-story, rock & frame, single-family residence with a basement. Northern
Engineering has reviewed the as -constructed elevations provided by a field survey crew.
The residence on Lot 4 was constructed with a finished floor elevation of 4918.72. The
minimum opening elevation (MOE) of 4918.10 occurs at the rear window well. The proposed
top of foundation elevation for this lot was 4917.50. While the Engineer does not have
knowledge of the constructed difference between finished floor and top of foundation, it is safe
to assume that the actual top of foundation is above the approved elevation. Attached for your
convenience are copies of the approved design elevations and a sketch showing the as -
constructed elevations (handwritten) for Lot 4.
The constructed finished floor is above the approved design elevation. Furthermore, the
surrounding lot grades are in close compliance with the approved grading plan. Sufficient fall
exists away from the building to provide proper drainage. The high point on the side lot lines
make this lot function as a `B' lot per plan, although the high point on the northwest lot line
occurs further north than designed. Runoff from the front of this lot is directed towards
Nightingale Drive, and runoff from the rear of the lot flows towards a grass -lined swale north of
Lot 4, Block 4. Lot 4 is not adjacent to any major drainage elements. No limits of 100-year
ponding encroach onto, or near this lot.

ENGINEER'S STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE:
This certification is signed and stamped by a professional engineer registered in the State of
Colorado. By signing this certification the engineer attests that to the best of his knowledge the
surveyed grading as shown in the enclosed certification is in compliance with the approved grading
plan for this lot and subdivision as shown on the approved final utility plans.
