Please find attached the revised Certification of Lot Grading for the City of Fort Collins.
The elevations do not match the subdivision grading plan along the southeast property line. The north property corner
existing elevation is 13.8 whereas the subdivision grading plan shows it as 14.39 and the northeast lot corner existing
elevation is 13.2 whereas the subdivision grading plan shows it as 14.13. However there is overall positive drainage to
the storm water inlet located south of the southeast lot corner. ,The drainage path is not along the southeast property
line as shown on the subdivision plat but in the drainage easement located just south of the lot.
