qualified professional under my direct supervision, and verify that construction of all stormwater facilities and grading
is complete, and that the elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached drawing(s) which were developed
from a survey performed on (Date): 01 / 0 6/2 019 _,accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage
patterns as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one):

Dave,
The site inspection has been completed, and the SW Eng Final hold has now been released (escrow released). We are
accepting the engineer stamp as evidence that the lot is in conformance with the approved plan; however, in the
inspection, I did have some concerns that are documented in the attached photos. There is an apparent high spot along
the lot line that may catch water and a small dirt pile around the sign at the end of the driveway; these areas are
indicated with red arrows in the attached picture. These concerns/photos are documented with the grading
certification, which is public record. A remedy to these concerns is not required to release the hold at this time;
however, if you would like to provide documentation showing any changes, I will add that to the certification.
Please share this information with the engineer of record.
