We are accepting the engineer stamp as evidence that the lots are in conformance with the approved plan; however, in the inspections, I did have some concerns that are documented in the attached photos. - There is a low spot between the two homes that will prevent the swale from draining to the street. - The swale on the west side of 1914 needs to be cleaned up. These concerns/photos are documented with the grading certification, which is public record. A remedy to these .—concerns is not required.to release_the hold at this time; however, if you would like to provide documentation showing any changes, I will add that to the certification.
