from a survey performed on (Date): 03/31 /2014 , accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage
patterns as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one):

The site inspections have been completed, and the SW Eng Final holds have now been released. We are accepting the
engineer stamp as evidence that the lots are in conformance with the approved plan; however, in the inspections, I did
have some concerns that are documented in the attached photos.
- There is a low spot between the two homes that will prevent the swale from draining to the street.
- The swale on the west side of 1914 needs to be cleaned up.
These concerns/photos are documented with the grading certification, which is public record. A remedy to these
.—concerns is not required.to release_the hold at this time; however, if you would like to provide documentation showing
any changes, I will add that to the certification.
