RE: Drainage Certification
Project Certification-QCoventry_2nd=Filing
Dear Basil:
This letter is intended to provide the required field verification of proposed drainage
facilities that have been installed with Coventry Subdivision 2nd Filing, and to satisfy
the City requirement for a site drainage improvement certification. It is our
understanding that individual lot certifications will need to be provided to the
Stormwater Utility, as specified in the signed development agreement.
On or about November 12, 1996, Landstar survey, under direction of Northern
Engineering, field verified the elevations and locations of selected drainage
improvements. These have been transposed onto the drainage plan for Coventry 2nd,
and attached as a part of this certification.
The following is a checklist of the improvements involved with the 2nd Filing
Drainage conveyance channel adjacent to Harmony Road - 4 cross sections
were taken across the new channel, as shown on the attached exhibit. All 4
sections did meet the minimum depth requirements, as specified on the
approved construction drawings.
The rear lot corner elevations were checked and noted on the attached exhibit.
These corners will be required when the individual lots are certified, and the
minimum opening elevations verified. These corner elevations are also being
provided to the developer who will be doing building construction.
Invert and grate elevations were checked for compliance with the approved

utility plans. All structures shown on the'approved utility plans have been
installed, including the improvements to Crest Road, designed under separate
cover by Northern Engineering Services Inc.
In addition, all areas which have been disturbed have been reseeded or revegetated
according to the approved landscape plan, by others.
Please call if you have any questions regarding this certification. Copies of this letter
will be forwarded to the owner, and his field representative.
