Dear Basil:
On June 27, 1997 our office conducted a Field Survey of the Storm Drainage Facilities on Lot 69.
The only Storm Drainage Facility that impacts said Lot is a drainage swale that traverses the back
lot line. I have included a copy of our field notes and a portion of the Grading and Drainage Plan,
Sheet 7 of 18, on which also I have drawn the existing drainage swale, which shows that the
swale had to be reversed and the drainage now goes in a southerly direction to the street. The
reason for this change was due to existing conditions on the existing lots in Dakota Ridge Phase
2. The swale that was originally designed was for nuisance flow which in the present design will
also work.
