Certification of Drainage Facilities
An as -built survey and site observation has been conducted and as -built drawing prepared which is
attached. The as -built drawings present the spot elevations, observed drainage facilities, and detention
pond as -built volume. The orifice plate is in place and noted on the drawing. The site grading and
drainage facilities have been completed such that said facilities function in a manner that is consistent with
the intent of the drainage design for the site.
