RE: Overall Site and Drainage Certification
This correspondence shall serve as certification that all engineering designs and
construction work on the above -referenced project to date have been completed in
accordance with all applicable City of Fort Collins technical standards/specifications and
the construction plans approved by the City of Fort Collins.
This project did not require any detention or water quality pond, therefore no survey or
calculations were required to certify pond volumes. The proposed structure occupies
most of the site and adjacent areas drain directly to the street as shown in the proposed
plans_
