This letter is to certify, to the best of my knowledge and belief, construction of grading
and drainage improvements for the Discount Tire at North College Marketplace has
been completed in substantial conformance with the approved plans and subsequent
approved revisions.
More specifically, the revisions to the approved plans consist of the drainage channel
and perforated pipe constructed along the south property line to prevent runoff onto
the neighboring property.
This certification is based upon field observation at various times during construction,
review of information provided by the Surveyor of Record (Alpha & Omega Consultants)
and Site Contractor (Facilities Contracting).

Failure to properly disclose all known information could result in the rejection of this
certification and prevent the release of any and all Stormwater Utility permit holds on Building
Permits and/or Certificates of Occupancy within this development.
