More specifically, the revisions to the approved plans consist of the drainage channel and perforated pipe constructed along the south property line to prevent runoff onto the neighboring property. This certification is based upon field observation at various times during construction, review of information provided by the Surveyor of Record (Alpha & Omega Consultants) and Site Contractor (Facilities Contracting).
