RE: Addition to shop at Dellenbach Automotive 3111 South College Avenue.
The building and repaving at the site is all completed. We have surveyed spot elevations
of various points on the building floor and pavement, and all elevations match the site grading
plan.
The proposed drainage patterns have been maintained and the construction has not
impacted the existing drainage swale which runs east along the south side of the property.
A print of the site grading plan is attached and the surveyed spot elevations are shown in
red on this plan.
