This letter is to certify to the storm drainage improvements within the 20' utility and storm
drainage easement along the South property line of lot 170.
As you know, the window well of the structure was inadvertently built within the said easement.
In order to correct this situation it was necessary to design a wall to protect the structure from
storm drainage and also insure that the required flows are not constricted. Said design was
provided and approved by your department and a portion of the storm drainage easement was
vacated by City Council action. The attached asbuilt drawing shows the improvements within
the easement as they are built. Also accompanying this letter are the drainage calculations and
the easement vacation.
