RE: Drainage Swale at Lots 147 & 148, Dakota Ridge 2nd Filing,
Fort Collins, Colorado
Dear Ms. Alford:
On October 21, 1996 a representative of our firm measured the
relative elevations for the common swale at the above referenced
location. The purpose of this investigation was to determine if
the drainage swale along the common boundary of the two lots has
been altered significantly from the original revised grading plan
by our office (Job No. 1409-14-18-01).
Based upon our observations, the drainage swale and the vicinity
of the northwest corner of the house on Lot 147 have been altered
and are not in substantial conformance with our revised grading
plan. In our opinion the alterations of the drainage swale
interfere with the flow of runoff from the backyard of Lot 148
and caused pooling along the fence of Lot 148.
